I created Flow with Zoey as a home for healing, movement, and soul expansion — a place where people can slow down, release what’s heavy, and come home to themselves. My work is rooted in deep presence and intuition, blending yoga, Reiki, and soulful mentorship to support you in moving through life with more ease, clarity, and connection.

Whether we're moving on the mat, working with your energy, or simply sitting together in truth — my intention is always the same: to hold space for you to grow, flow, and feel safe being fully you.

I believe healing doesn’t have to be hard. It can be soft. Sacred. Human. And I’m here to walk beside you as you find your rhythm again.

When I’m not guiding others, you can find me soaking up the Florida sun, barefoot in nature, or sipping a matcha while journaling in some cozy corner.
